Intent HQ takes the gender pay gap seriously. We bench new roles against live market data, not candidates’ existing salaries, ensuring fair and equitable pay for all employees.
We’re proud that 80% of our employees agree that we are making progress on fairness, diversity, and inclusion, with 98% saying they feel treated fairly and with respect. These figures reflect our ongoing commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
We are also proud to have our Talent Acquisition Manager, Laura Wilkinson, shortlisted for the Best In-House Recruiter award. Among other achievements, Laura has not only aligned our talent search with the values of Intent HQ but has also optimized our selection processes, reduced costs, and supported women’s professional growth.
Laura has led the implementation of direct hiring strategies that foucs on inclusion and pay equity. She has also launched a webinar in collaboration with Women in Tech to emphasize the importance of hiring women into tech roles.
Not only does Laura feel passionately about hiring women, but she also promotes the growth of our current female employees, ensuring they have opportunities to advance within the company. She is dedicated to mentoring women returning to work after maternity leave or cancer treatment, demonstrating her commitment to a workplace that values flexibility and balance.
