This event is the only North American event to focus exclusively on smart strategies, technology innovations, and business opportunities for carriers within the mobile world.

MWC 2022 is taking place on the 28th February – 3rd March 2022 in Barcelona. There will be over 1,500 exhibitors and attendees from 150 countries.

The CX Exchange brings together a selection of senior CX executives within the telco industry for the chance to address the wide range of challenges faced by telcos in Europe.

In October 2021, we were delighted to be a sponsor at Total Telecom Congress. As well as being a sponsor and exhibitor at the event, we also participated in a fireside discussion and presentation.

This week we were in New York to attend Forrester’s CX NYC, the 10th running of the event, with around 1300 business leaders converging to hear success stories and challenges with all things CX-related.

We were at the Customer Experience Conference for Financial Services #CXC2017 this week where the focus was on design, relevance and GDPR. Kudos to the organisers for bringing together an interesting selection of speakers.
