Lead Intent HQ’s AI transformation—empowering teams with training, coaching, and change initiatives to adopt AI confidently and reshape how humans and AI agents work together.
The Opportunity:
Intent HQ is undergoing a transformation to become an AI-native organisation—one where humans and AI agents work seamlessly together to deliver exceptional outcomes. This is not a small initiative; it’s a fundamental shift in how we operate.
The AI Transformation Enablement Lead is responsible for ensuring our people are ready, equipped, and excited to thrive in this new world. You will own the “Enable” pillar of our AI-native transformation, leading all training, communications, and change management efforts that help every person at Intent HQ build confidence and capability with AI tools and ways of working.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will design and deliver training programmes, provide 1:1 coaching and support, build systems to track adoption and learning, work closely with leaders to drive accountability, and be the connective tissue between our transformation vision and the daily reality of our teams. You will be a trusted partner to stakeholders across the business—from individual contributors learning to use AI tools for the first time, to senior leaders navigating how to manage hybrid human-agent teams.
If you’re energised by helping people grow, skilled at designing learning experiences, and comfortable navigating complex organisational dynamics, this role offers a rare opportunity to shape a company’s future from the inside.
Key Responsibilities
People Transformation & Capability Building
- Own and deliver the full enablement curriculum, including foundational AI Literacy training (for all staff), training for building and troubleshooting agents across multiple workflow automation platforms (e.g. stack AI, n8n), process re-enablement (e.g. for teams adopting new AI-powered workflows), and management & governance training for agentic systems.
- Design engaging, practical training content—combining live sessions, async materials, and hands-on tasks—that meets people where they are and builds genuine capability.
- Continuously iterate on training based on feedback, adoption data, and evolving organisational needs.
- Coordinate with internal subject matter experts and evaluate external training options where appropriate.
1:1 Support & Coaching
- Provide direct support to individuals and teams as they adopt new tools and ways of working.
- Run office hours, maintain support channels, and create self-serve resources that scale your impact.
- Identify and address barriers to adoption—whether skill gaps, mindset blockers, or practical workflow challenges.
Adoption Tracking & Accountability
- Build and maintain systems to track training completion, tool adoption, and on-the-job application of learning.
- Partner with leaders to review adoption data, identify lagging areas, and implement targeted interventions.
- Create feedback loops that surface insights on what’s working and what needs to change.
Role Evolution & Organisational Readiness
- Partner with People/HR to update job descriptions as roles evolve in an AI-native context.
- Support leaders in communicating changes to their teams with clarity.
- Navigate sensitive conversations around how work is changing, ensuring people feel supported.
Stakeholder Management
- Build trusted relationships across all levels—from individual contributors to senior leadership.
- Manage competing priorities and timelines across multiple workstreams.
- Keep leadership informed on progress, risks, and emerging opportunities.
- Work with your team to ensure technical ambition is matched by organisational readiness.
About You
You will thrive in this role if you are:
A natural educator: You’re energised by helping people learn and grow. You can break down complex concepts into accessible, actionable guidance. You design learning experiences that stick—not just content that gets delivered.
Technically credible: You have hands-on experience with AI tools and can confidently teach others how to use them. You can build and troubleshoot basic AI agents, understand prompt engineering fundamentals, and navigate Workflow Automation platforms like Stack AI.
A skilled communicator: You write with clarity and warmth. You present with confidence. You adapt your style to your audience—whether you’re coaching an individual, facilitating a workshop, or presenting to senior leadership.
Operationally excellent: You’re organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. You build systems and processes that create accountability without bureaucracy.
Stakeholder-savvy: You navigate complex professional environments with ease. You build relationships quickly, read organisational dynamics accurately, and influence without authority. You’re comfortable having difficult conversations and managing resistance constructively.
Empathetic and people-centred: You understand that transformation is hard for people. You meet people where they are, address their concerns genuinely, and help them see possibilities rather than threat.
Autonomous and ownership-driven: You don’t wait to be told what to do. You identify what needs doing, take responsibility for outcomes (not just tasks), and drive initiatives to completion.
Metrics-minded: You believe in measuring what matters. You use data to guide decisions, demonstrate impact, and identify where to focus effort.
Experience
- 4+ years in learning & development, organisational development, change management, enablement, or a related field.
- Proven track record designing and delivering training programmes that drive measurable behaviour change.
- Experience supporting organisational transformation, technology adoption, or cultural change initiatives.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing across multiple levels.
Technical Experience
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for real work tasks—not just experimentation.
- Technically fluent enough to demonstrate, explain, and teach AI tools and basic agent workflows—you don't need to build production-grade systems, but you need to understand them well enough to coach others.
- Understanding of prompt engineering principles and how to design effective AI instructions.
- Comfortable learning new AI tools quickly and teaching others how to use them.
A plus if you have:
- Background in a technical or technical-adjacent role (e.g., solutions engineering, technical training, product enablement, technical writing).
- Experience in a technology company or with technology-driven transformation.
- Background in instructional design, adult learning theory, or coaching.
- Experience building adoption tracking systems or learning analytics.
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.

- Energised by helping others succeed.
- Comfortable navigating organisational complexity and sensitive conversations.
- High adaptability and commitment to continuous learning.

About Intent
You leave a trail behind you every day — and it says more about what you will do next than anything you have told a company directly. Your phone registers when you fall asleep and when you wake. Your mobile network notices your commute. Your browser remembers that you wandered onto a competitor's site last Tuesday — and the Tuesday before that. You move through the world, and the world quietly takes notes.
Most companies lose the detail. A large mobile network generates hundreds of billions of events every single day — too expensive to keep in raw form. So your rich, specific, wonderfully complicated life gets compressed into an average. You become “males 25–34 in the southeast who browsed upgrades.” A bucket. A segment. And then that bucket gets blasted with messages — because when you cannot tell what someone actually wants, the only strategy left is frequency. Send more, send often, hope something lands.
We built something different. Intent runs two types of intelligence in parallel. Our cloud engine reads billions of events a day — weblogs, payments, app signals, CRM records — and finds behavioural sequences: chains of small actions that unfold in a recognisable order before someone switches, upgrades, or leaves. Our on-device Edge AI sits directly on the phone, reading 16,000 signals and distilling them into 750 insights about your current state — without any of that information ever leaving the device.
We manage over 300 million customer profiles. We underpin $115 billion in customer value. We hold 49 patents in behavioural AI, privacy architecture, and on-device intelligence. We were named AI Business of the Year 2025. And Verizon — with large data science teams of its own — has been our customer for seven years, because what we have built over a decade of patents, learning, and rigorous product development cannot be easily replicated.
Our Team
Around 110 people and growing, based across London, Barcelona, Lisbon, New York, and Tel Aviv. Engineers, data scientists, product designers, and commercial minds who collectively speak over 15 languages. United by a single conviction: when you understand human behaviour properly, relevance follows — and when relevance follows, so does value.
Why Join Intent
Work that matters at genuine scale.
Our clients have tens of millions of customers and billions of interaction events each day. You will not be optimising a landing page — you will be shaping how the world's largest enterprises understand and serve their customers.
Category-defining technology.
49 patents. An AI that reads 16,000 behavioural signals directly on your phone — data never leaves. A cloud engine that digests 250 billion events a day and delivers fresh intelligence in under 120 seconds. Privacy twins that make re-identification mathematically infeasible.
Global reach, real momentum.
Verizon, MTN Group, ABG Capital — across telecoms, financial services, retail, and social media. Expanding rapidly into Latin America, Africa, APAC, India, and the Middle East. AI Business of the Year 2025.
A place to grow — fast.
We are at an inflexion point: approaching profitability, launching a flagship agentic platform, and scaling commercially across seven regions. The people who join now will shape the next chapter.
Hybrid and flexible.
London-based roles work from the office three days a week, with the rest remote. Team members across Barcelona, Lisbon, New York, South Africa, Nigeria, Brazil, India, and Tel Aviv — a genuinely international team solving genuinely global problems.
Our Values — In Practice
Human-first. No one is average. We start with individual reality, motivation, and context — not statistical convenience or abstract users.
Principled. Privacy is a human right — a design principle, not a legal afterthought. Trust is foundational, not optional.
Ambitious. We anticipate the edge — looking ahead early and building what others assume cannot yet be built.
Inclusive. Intentionally relevant. Every interaction should earn its place — serving simply, with clarity in product, communication, and action.
In service. We serve simply — to our customers, to each other, and to the work itself. No unnecessary complexity, no ego in the way.
