  • About the Role

    We’re looking for a marketing-focused Growth Engineer to drive measurable business impact across acquisition, activation, and revenue. This role is built for engineers who think like marketers, or marketers who think like engineers — people who care deeply about user behavior, conversion, and growth metrics, and who use technology (especially AI) to move those numbers.

    You’ll operate at the intersection of marketing, engineering, product, and data — owning growth initiatives end-to-end. From ideation to experimentation to implementation, your work will directly influence how users discover, engage with, and derive value from our product, whilst guided by the overall marketing and business strategy.

    What You’ll Do

    • Develop and execute growth strategies focused on user acquisition, conversion, and enterprise pipeline growth
    • Build and optimise marketing surfaces (landing pages, signup flows, pricing pages, onboarding journeys)
    • Run rapid experimentation cycles (A/B tests, funnel optimisations, messaging tests)
    • Use AI tools to generate ideas, build experiments, and accelerate execution
    • Improve conversion rates and time-to-value across the user journey
    • Engage marketing cross-functionally whilst delivering as an individual contributor

    • Marketing-minded engineer/Engineer-minded marketer – you think in funnels, conversion rates, and user journeys, you deliver in code, workflows and APIs.

    • Experimental – comfortable launching imperfect ideas and iterating based on real-world results

    • Curious – constantly exploring new tools, channels, and growth tactics

    Skills & Experience

    Engineering

    • Strong coding skills with the ability to ship quickly across the stack
    • Experience building and iterating on web experiences (e.g., landing pages, funnels)
    • Comfortable integrating APIs, automation tools, and AI workflows

    Marketing & Growth

    • Strong understanding of growth loops, funnels, and user acquisition strategies
    • Experience with SEO, CRO (conversion rate optimisation), and lifecycle marketing
    • Ability to connect technical work directly to marketing outcomes
    • Experience of applying this in B2B mid and enterprise markets

    Data & Analytics

    • Experience designing and analysing experiments
    • Strong understanding of metrics like CAC, activation rate, retention, and LTV
    • Ability to derive insights from user and marketing data

    Product & UX

    • Good instincts for user experience, messaging, and conversion design
    • Ability to independently make product and design trade-offs
