We’re hiring an AI Orchestration Architect to build the brains behind our AI—uniting agents, workflows, and prompts into powerful, reliable systems that turn bold ideas into real-world impact.

We began by solving complex challenges for clients in the telecommunications sector, including Verizon, O2, and Orange, and have since expanded into Financial Services, Retail, and Social Media, with clients such as HB Reavis and Zurich Group. Our clients typically manage tens of millions of customers and process billions of interactions daily. Our platform is purpose-built to handle data at this enormous scale efficiently, delivering tangible results

  • The Opportunity

    The AI Orchestration Architect is a hybrid business & technical role responsible for designing, building, and optimising intelligent AI systems composed of agents, workflows, and prompts—while simultaneously supporting the organisational transformation required to make these systems successful.

    You will sit at the intersection of multi-agent orchestration, workflow design, prompt engineering, and organisational change. You will be our technical expert on agentic systems, but equally, you will be a change champion and trusted partner to stakeholders across the business as we transition to AI-native operations where humans and agents work seamlessly together.

    You will translate ambiguous human goals into precise AI instructions, architect reusable frameworks, ensure AI agents collaborate safely and efficiently at scale, and help the organisation build the capabilities and confidence to embrace new ways of working.

    This role is critical to scaling AI-driven automation while maintaining clarity, quality, and performance—and to bringing people along on the journey.

    We manage over 300 million customer profiles. We underpin $115 billion in customer value. We hold 49 patents in behavioural AI, privacy architecture, and on-device intelligence. We were named AI Business of the Year 2025. And Verizon — with large data science teams of its own — has been our customer for seven years, because what we have built over a decade of patents, learning, and rigorous product development cannot be easily replicated.
