Intent HQ has been named AI Company of the Year at the fourth edition of the annual British Data Awards. The award ceremony took place in London on May 8th, with Intent HQ selected from seven companies in a competitive category.
This year's British Data Awards received a record 321 entries across 24 categories. The awards recognize data success stories across diverse organizations, from FTSE 100 companies to innovative startups, government departments, and non-profits.
The judges emphasized Intent HQ's distinctive approach: transforming first-party customer and transaction data into actionable, human-like insights. They highlighted the company's partnership with a North American Tier One telecom provider, where their Audience AI tool achieved incremental campaign uplift by over 290%. The judges also commended Intent HQ's commitment to ethical AI practices, including efforts to minimize bias through workplace diversity and inclusivity.

The judging panel included Neil Carden, President EMEA at Blend, and Dr Sophie Carr, Founder at Bays Consulting. They described Intent HQ's entry as "extremely different and incorporating multiple areas of AI."
