Today, the platform manages over 320 million active profiles, processes more than 250 billion events per day, ingests over 25 terabytes every 24 hours, and stores more than 8 petabytes in a compliant lakehouse. Each profile carries more than 850 enrichments on average, and the inference layer runs at over 60 million profile inferences per hour.
The commercial outcomes are equally material. Clients have delivered $150 million in revenue uplift through behavioural enrichment, with 5–9x ROI across the client base. Best-moment engagement has produced up to 9x uplift in click-through rates, 3x in-app engagement versus industry benchmarks, and 10x increases in some cross-sell conversions.
